2025 Fall Cruise

The Jay Husker Auto Club members enjoyed perfect weather for our Fall Cruise. 12 vehicles participated with a total of 23 people.  We gathered in the Beatrice Bomgaars parking lot and cruised to Lewiston's city park where the Lewiston members provided us with a hardy breakfast of coffee, juice, homemade cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, sausages and biscuits with gravy.  With our culinary delights satisfied, our next stop was Jerry's Dream Garage Museum in Pawnee City, a nostalgic trip back in time. From there, we cruised to the Southeast Nebraska Cancer Memorial Gardens in Humboldt with a stop on the way in Table Rock to purchase some delicious, award winning selections at Den's Meats. We enjoyed lunch together at the unique Grain Bin in Tecumseh where they make homemade pies, sandwiches and soups, and serve old fashioned sodas including Green Rivers, Roy Rogers, Shirley Temples and orange soda floats. We topped off the day with a visit to the Montz Motorcycle Museum in Tecumseh, a private collection of 171 motorcycles, including one owned by Steve McQueen. It was great day of socializing, fresh air, good food and interesting sights.
