Planning for the September 26th car show in downtown Beatrice Nebraska. There will be flyers to pickup to distribute. We will report progress on distributing the flyers, coordinating the collection of door prizes and goody bag stuffers, banners and signs, the possibility of providing participation certificates to all participants,staffing progress, t-shirts, and any other detils that need to be addressed.
