CARFEST planning meeting. Come at 5:30 p.m. to eat together. It's basket night at the Legion Club. Meeting in the west party room. Wear your name badge.
We will go over the details of where the barracades and cones need to be placed and who will put them in place and remove them. We will go over the details of where the different types of entries will be directed to park and who will be on the parking team. We will also go over the registration location, setup and process details, and the voting process and tally details and the awards details. And who will be helping with it all.
We will review what we have for door prizes and goody bag stuffers; and the on going flyer distribution and marketing strategies.
We will review equipment needs and logistics as well as banners and signs that will be made and who will put them in place for the show.
We will schedule a practice registration run through; and a walk through of where the cones and barracades will be placed. This will be scheduled at least one week before the show date.
