Marv and Pam Justa Kemper joined the club March 2023. Pam is the JayHusker Auto Club Secretary/Treasurer for 2024 and 2025. Marv is the Club Vice President for 2025. He will become the President in 2026. They met in high school and have been married since 1968. They are both retired and have resided in Beatrice Nebraska since December 2022. They grew up in Crete Nebraska. Marv is a 1965 graduate and Pam is a 1967 graduate of Crete High. Pam has a BA in Business Administration from Doane College Lincoln. Marv was a car salesman for over 30 years. Pam had been a marketing manager and public safety communications coordinator, assisting Nebraska's 9-1-1 Centers and public safety organizations with their communications technologies. She is a founding officer, past President and annual conference coordinator of their professional organizations, the National Emergency Number Assocation (NENA) Nebraska Chapter, and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Chapter of Nebraska. She also represented the State of Nebraska on the Region 7 Emergency Communications Coordination Working Group in FEMA for 10 years.
Marv was his high school class president and takes an active role in organizing their reunions. His favorite pastime is watching high school and college football, basketball and baseball; and collecting and working on cars and his motorcycle.
Pam likes to study and share information about natural health and healing, watch home and garden TV, take short outings with her sister Orlene Behrens and her cousin Sherry Vontz Fletcher, and host family gatherings.
Marv and Pam have three daughters, Kami Bulin, Kerry Petermann and Amber Charlton; a son-in-law Bill Charlton; an almost son-in-law Travis Hans (Kerry); 9 grandchildren: Trenton Bulin and wife Selena; Brenna Bulin, Wyatt Bulin, Kemper Peterman, Tiege Petermann, Mavri Petermann, Thomas Charlton and Natalie Charlton. Kemper is engaged, so soon Lucy will be joining the family.
Marv and Pam's favorite vehicles are their 2008 Corvette convertible, 2005 Mercedes CL65 V-12 twin turbo, 1955 Studebaker Champion, and 1975 Suzuki Re5 rotary engine.
